GoBuyorSell is a Nigerian online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of goods and services across Nigeria. Our platform enables individuals and businesses to buy and sell products safely and conveniently.

2. Eligibility

To use GoBuyorSell you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract under Nigerian law. By using our platform you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our platform you must register for an account. When registering you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GoBuyorSell only for lawful purposes. You must not use our platform to:

• Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activity
• List counterfeit, stolen or prohibited items
• Harass, abuse or harm other users
• Violate any applicable Nigerian laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our platform
• Collect or harvest personal data of other users

5. Buying on GoBuyorSell

As a buyer on GoBuyorSell you agree to:

• Provide accurate delivery and payment information
• Complete payment for items you agree to purchase
• Inspect goods upon delivery and report issues within 48 hours
• Communicate respectfully with sellers

6. Selling on GoBuyorSell

As a seller on GoBuyorSell you agree to:

• List only items you have the legal right to sell
• Provide accurate and honest product descriptions and images
• Fulfill orders promptly and within the stated delivery timeframe
• Maintain adequate stock of all listed products
• Comply with all applicable consumer protection laws in Nigeria

7. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited on GoBuyorSell:

• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Weapons, firearms or ammunition
• Adult or pornographic content
• Items that infringe on intellectual property rights
• Hazardous materials
• Any items prohibited under Nigerian law

8. Fees and Payments

All payments on GoBuyorSell are processed securely through Paystack and Flutterwave. All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). GoBuyorSell charges a commission on each successful sale made through the platform. Details of applicable fees are available in your vendor dashboard.

9. Delivery and Shipping

Sellers are responsible for shipping products to buyers within the agreed timeframe. GoBuyorSell is not responsible for delays caused by third party logistics providers. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses.

10. Disputes

In the event of a dispute between a buyer and seller, both parties are encouraged to resolve the matter amicably. GoBuyorSell may at its discretion mediate disputes but is not obligated to do so. GoBuyorSell's decision in any dispute shall be final.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on GoBuyorSell including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics and software is the exclusive property of GoBuyorSell and is protected under Nigerian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content from our platform without our prior written consent.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

GoBuyorSell provides its platform on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy or legality of items listed by sellers on the platform.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, GoBuyorSell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the transaction giving rise to the claim.

14. Privacy Policy

Your use of GoBuyorSell is subject to our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using our platform you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Termination

GoBuyorSell reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time without notice if you breach these Terms of Use or engage in any conduct that is harmful to the platform or its users.

16. Amendments

GoBuyorSell reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
