3.1. We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

3.1.1. Marketing Executive

We are looking for creative and results driven marketing executives to help grow the GoBuyorSell brand and attract buyers and sellers to our platform. The ideal candidate should have:

a. a degree or diploma in marketing, communications or a related field; b. strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and content creation; c. excellent communication and interpersonal skills; d. ability to work independently and as part of a team; and e. passion for e-commerce and the Nigerian digital economy.

3.1.2. Customer Service Representative

We are looking for friendly, patient and professional customer service representatives to help our buyers and sellers have the best possible experience on our platform. The ideal candidate should have:

a. excellent verbal and written communication skills; b. ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently; c. strong problem solving skills; d. experience in customer service or a related role is an advantage; and e. ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

3.1.3. Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for organized and detail oriented logistics coordinators to help manage our delivery operations and ensure that orders reach our customers safely and on time. The ideal candidate should have:

a. experience in logistics, supply chain or a related field; b. strong organizational and time management skills; c. ability to coordinate with multiple delivery partners and vendors; d. excellent problem solving skills; and e. knowledge of Lagos and other major Nigerian cities is an advantage.
