GoBuyorSell Affiliate Program — Earn Money by Sharing What You Love
1.2. The GoBuyorSell Affiliate Program allows individuals to earn commission by referring customers to our marketplace. This Affiliate Policy governs your participation in the program and shall apply to all affiliates on our platform.
1.3. By registering for the GoBuyorSell Affiliate Program you accept this Affiliate Policy in full. If you disagree with this policy or any part of it you must not participate in the program.
2.1. To participate in the GoBuyorSell Affiliate Program you must:
2.1.1. be at least 18 years of age; 2.1.2. have a registered account on gobuyorsell.com; and 2.1.3. agree to these Affiliate Terms and our general Terms of Use.
2.2. GoBuyorSell reserves the right to reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
3.1. To join the GoBuyorSell Affiliate Program you must:
3.1.1. visit gobuyorsell.com and create a free account if you do not already have one; 3.1.2. navigate to the Affiliate section of your account dashboard; and 3.1.3. complete the affiliate registration form and submit your application.
3.2. Once your application is approved you will receive a unique referral link that you can share with your audience to start earning commission.
4.1. Affiliates on the GoBuyorSell Affiliate Program earn a commission of 10% on every successful sale made through their unique referral link.
4.2. A sale is considered successful when:
4.2.1. a buyer clicks on your unique referral link; 4.2.2. the buyer completes a purchase on the GoBuyorSell marketplace; and 4.2.3. the payment for the purchase has been confirmed and cleared.
4.3. Commission will not be earned on:
4.3.1. cancelled or refunded orders; 4.3.2. purchases made by the affiliate themselves using their own referral link; 4.3.3. fraudulent or suspicious transactions; or 4.3.4. purchases made after the expiry of the referral link tracking period.
5.1. Commission earned through the GoBuyorSell Affiliate Program will be paid directly to your Nigerian bank account.
5.2. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₦1,000. You may not request a withdrawal until your affiliate balance reaches ₦1,000 or more.
5.3. To request a withdrawal you must:
5.3.1. log into your account on gobuyorsell.com; 5.3.2. navigate to your affiliate dashboard; and 5.3.3. submit a withdrawal request providing your bank account details.
5.4. GoBuyorSell will process approved withdrawal requests within 7 to 14 business days.
5.5. GoBuyorSell shall not be liable for any delays in payment caused by banks or financial institutions.
6.1. As an affiliate on the GoBuyorSell platform you agree to:
6.1.1. promote GoBuyorSell honestly and accurately; 6.1.2. not make any false or misleading claims about GoBuyorSell or its products; 6.1.3. not use spam, unsolicited emails or any other prohibited marketing methods to promote your referral link; 6.1.4. not engage in any fraudulent activity including generating fake clicks or purchases through your referral link; 6.1.5. comply with all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations in your promotional activities; and 6.1.6. disclose your affiliate relationship with GoBuyorSell to your audience where required by law.
7.1. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of your affiliate account:
7.1.1. using your own referral link to make purchases for yourself or others; 7.1.2. creating fake accounts to generate fraudulent referrals; 7.1.3. using paid advertising to promote your referral link without prior written approval from GoBuyorSell; 7.1.4. misrepresenting GoBuyorSell or its products in any way; or 7.1.5. engaging in any activity that is harmful to the reputation of GoBuyorSell.
8.1. GoBuyorSell reserves the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time without notice if you:
8.1.1. breach any provision of this Affiliate Policy; 8.1.2. engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activity; or 8.1.3. engage in any conduct that is harmful to the GoBuyorSell platform or its users.
8.2. Upon termination of your affiliate account any unpaid commission below the minimum withdrawal threshold of ₦1,000 will be forfeited.
9.1. GoBuyorSell reserves the right to amend this Affiliate Policy at any time including commission rates and payment terms. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately. Your continued participation in the affiliate program after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
